"Read At Least 30 Minutes Everyday." Reading is definitely fundamental. It is also an excellent way for you to invest in yourself. Now, the question is, what should you read? Well, it all depends on what you want to become successful and excellent at. You can never go wrong with personal growth and development. Feed you mind some mental protein with topics to better your mindset. I have personally read over 300 books on personal growth and development including --- A Road Less Traveled, 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People, Think And Grow Rich, Speak And Grow Rich, The Courage To Live Dangerously, Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway, The Science Of Mind, The 8th Habit, etc. I have also written six books of my own --- How To Quickly Find Peace And Joy In The Traffic Jam Of Life and Action Guide, From The Bumpy Road Of Distress To The Smooth Road Of Success, Take It To A New Altitude, 50 Tips To Create Success And Happiness In Everything You Do, and 100 Inspirational Quotes That Will Guide You On The Road To Success And Happiness In Life. Now, the point is this --- take at least 30 minutes a day to enrich your mind with some positive growth and development. Whether it is your own books or mine, read something that will stretch your mind and create change and excellence. Before you do this, remember the last post, you must make the decision to do this. Also, no one has more time, we all have 24 hours in a day. Therefore, the people who are successful do this to make a difference. The people who do not do this are miserable and still complaining that they do not have enough time. You are different and you have made the decision to fulfill pillar number 2 of reading 30 minutes a day. Just read 15 minutes when you get up and 15 minutes before going to bed. 30 minutes a day equates to 3.5 hours in a week. In a week that includes 168 hours is that an inordinate amount of time to invest in yourself. Absolutely not. Action Step: Begin today to read 30 minutes a day. That is 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before going to bed. If you can do more than this, then that is great.
